Draft Eligibility Rules:

NCAA Division I and II: Completion of Junior year.

NCAA Division III: Any time.

NAIA: Completion of Junior year.

Junior/Community College: Any time.

High School: Graduating Seniors.

21-year-old Exception: Players who are 21 years old, or whose 21st birthday falls within 45 days after the draft, are eligible regardless of college standing.

Independent Professional: Players who have played in independent pro leagues, but have not signed a contract with an affiliated minor or major league team, are still considered draft eligible.

Last day to sign 2010 MLB Draft Picks: August 15
